Briana Hill – Director & Co-Founder
An accomplished finance recruitment professional; Briana has been recruiting mid and senior level positions across corporate finance, strategy, accounting, compliance, funds management and research, in Melbourne since 2001. Previously an Associate Director for the finance division of a listed, global recruitment firm, in her nine years of tenure Briana led teams providing recruitment services to Melbourne’s professional, commercial, industrial and financial services sectors. A member of leadership group; Briana was actively involved in setting strategic direction for the division in addition to managing large tenders and accounts. Passionate about delivering a more intimate and long term service to her clients; Briana co-founded Numbers Executive in 2010.
Nicolas Boston – Director & Co-Founder
Nicolas is a co-founder and Director of Numbers Executive. Since 1998 Nicolas has worked in Melbourne with two of the world’s largest accounting firms, a specialist financial modelling firm and an international recruitment agency. Nicolas’ experience includes external audit, transaction services, corporate finance, financial modelling, valuations, business development and executive recruitment. He hopes that this experience will provide employers and professionals alike with comfort that the team at Numbers has an understanding of their client’s subject matter.
Justin Kenna ‐ Principal
A Chartered Accountant; Justin has worked in Melbourne since 2003 with two BIG 4 accounting firms and more recently a pre‐eminent private wealth management business. Justin’s experience spans accounting, tax and investment management with a specialist focus on mid‐market and growth businesses. Justin joined Numbers Executive in 2011 and is hoping his accounting background will provide professionals and employers with confidence that he understands their subject matter.
Shreenal Ruparelia - Research & Resource Assistant
Shreenal is a 5th year Bachelor of Commerce and Arts student from the University of Melbourne. Shreenal loves learning about new industries and businesses and has gained experience in the business and finance realm throughout her various University and extracurricular experiences ranging from working for a global management consultancy firm, winning a business case competition, understanding trading markets, undertaking the role of a Project Consultant and first‐hand experience in an entrepreneurial capacity. Shreenal hopes to broaden her knowledge of the finance space via her role as a Researcher and Resourcer at Numbers Executive.
Shelley Thompson – Organisational Psychologist
Shelley Thompson is an Organisational Psychologist who provides psychometric assessment services for Numbers Executive. Psychometric testing provides an objective way of assessing an individual’s ability, personality, and preferred ways of working and interacting with others. The information obtained from psychometric assessments helps to identify candidates who will be a good ‘fit’ for the role and company culture. Shelley has over 10 years assessment experience and has membership with the Australian Psychological Society and Careers Development Association of Australia. Her qualifications include a Master of Organisational Psychology, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Psychology, Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment and Certification in several psychometric assessments.
